Fish Stocking in Proposed and Permanent Biodiversity Reserves

Applications for fish stocking authorization under the Natural Heritage Conservation Act (if such applications are required by the reserve’s conservation plan) and applications for permits to transport and stock live fish should be directed to the appropriate regional Wildlife Office of the Ministère de l’Environnement, de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la Faune et des Parcs.

Form

Before carrying out work in a proposed or permanent biodiversity reserve, the proponent must ensure that the project complies with the activity framework in force in the territory. To submit your authorization application, fill out the Application for authorization for projects carried out in an aquatic or biodiversity reserve (French, Word, 110 KB) and follow the recommended procedure.
